Gathering Room

• Max Capacity: 75 people
• Decorating
• Nothing may be affixed in any way to any walls, doors, trim, or ceilings
• Thermostat is on wall to the right of the kitchen
• Sound system controls are across from the kitchen
• GAS FIREPLACE
• Use the remote to power the fireplace off and on
• IT TAKES A FEW MINUTES TO FULLY FLAME

Gathering Room Kitchen

• 50 place settings and flatware are available for use
• All items in the gathering room kitchen remain in this kitchen
• Any items borrowed from the main kitchen or pantry should be returned there
• Cups and paper goods are NOT provided
• REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER
• Use of the walk-in cooler and freezer are NOT included for gathering room reservations
• All food and other items brought in must be removed at the end of your event
• ICE
• Please utilize the ice in the gathering room freezer.
• If more is needed you may utilize the icemaker in the main kitchen.
• Please coordinate if another event is occurring simultaneously.
• DISHWASHER
• A 3 minute commercial dishwasher is available for use
• Detailed operating procedures are in the gathering room kitchen
• INSTANT HOT WATER
• The small faucet at the right of the sink is instant boiling water
• Push and hold the handle toward the wall to obtain water
• TOWELS 
• Any dishcloths and towels utilized should be taken home, laundered, and returned in a timely manner.  
  

Tables and Chairs

• 300 chairs, 45 round tables seating 7-8, and 45 rectangular 8’ tables seating 10 are available in the table and chair storage room
• All tables and chairs in this storage room must remain on the property
• Tables and chairs must be returned to the storage room at the conclusion of your event
