Main Assembly

• Thermostat is on East Wall
• Sound system panel is outside table/chair storage below the video camera
• Dry-erase cleaning checklist is located in the Kitchen

Operable Partitions

• Operable partitions will generally be left in place, separating the gathering room, main assembly, and One Village areas.
• Please contact a trustee for events requiring pushing them back into the wall.

Butler pantry off main assembly

• Please ensure all items are removed from the mini-fridge at the end of your event

Walk-in Cooler and Freezer

• Usage is included with reservation of the main kitchen
• The light is up on the right inside the door of the cooler
• The cooler and freezer doors do not lock, so it is impossible to get locked inside if the doors close. Simply push to walk out.
• Please keep the doors closed as much as possible
• All items are to be removed from the cooler and freezer at the end of your event

Main Kitchen

• Procedures for operation of all appliances are available near each appliance
• HOODS MUST BE POWERED ON for the ranges to work
• Hood fans will help keep the kitchen cool
• All kitchen equipment is to remain at the FC
  

Tables and Chairs

• 300 chairs, 45 round tables seating 7-8, and 45 rectangular 8’ tables seating 10 are available in the table and chair storage room
• All tables and chairs in this storage room must remain on the property
• Tables and chairs must be returned to the storage room at the conclusion of your event
