South / Gathering Room Patio & Grill

Patio Usage

The north outdoor patio with pergola and south gathering room patio with the grill are 2 separate reservation spaces
Tables and chairs from the table and chair storage room may be used on either patio
Ensure no food or trash items remain on the patio at the end of your reservation

Gathering Room Patio Grill

Grill utensils are available in the gathering room kitchen
To light the gas grill
Open the lid
Open the doors below the grill, turn the red lever parallel to the pipe, and rotate the red timer to the number of minutes desired
TURN THE KNOBS ON THE FRONT OF THE GRILL VERY SLOWLY TO ALLOW GAS TO FLOW, then push to light
When the timer runs out the grill will shut off and must be re-lit
Please burn off the grill a few minutes to ensure it is ready for the next user
